Welcome to Learning x Design (read as: Learning By Design) by David Fu.

• I’m a deeply-reflective founder, growth/product leader and expert (advisor, consultant, fractional) who has spent over a decade (2013-2023 and counting) in education, edtech and workforce development.

  • I build and scale transformational products and companies.

  • I build and lead empowered teams.

• My thinking behind this has evolved significantly since I first created this as a placeholder back in 2020, and now in 2023, there are at least two primary types of stories I hope to share here:

I have explored being a founder, being industry focused, being function focused as a leader (product/growth), and also increasingly consulting, advising and fractional opportunities.

  • 📈 (Product-led) Growth x Edtech and Workforce Development: Updated thinking, insights and more from the bleeding edge of (product-led) growth for edtech or workforce development companies and products.
